These views were expressed by GS Sandhu, IAS, Financial Commissioner, Animal Husbandry Dairying and Fisheries, while inaugurating the national seminar on “Commercial dairy farming - quality assurance and profitability” at Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences on Monday.
The seminar was organised by Indian Dairy Association IDA (North Zone) in collaboration with the College of Dairy Science and Technology and Punjab Dairy Development Board. He said that this type of seminars served an important purpose to develop new direction and ideology.
