  • “Krishi Teerth” for farmers
With an intention of providing information kiosk to farmers at different places, Indore based Suryoday Pariwar introduced the concept of “Krishi Teerth”. On July 21 Krishi Teerth Information Kiosk (KTIK) was inaugurated at Dehu and Ranjangaon. At the KTIK, a qualified agricultural consultant will provide the information to farmers. Agriculture Commissioner Prabhakar Deshmukh said that his department would impart full support to this project and will be providing a link to KTIK through the official website of the agricultural department. With the kiosks farmers will be able to solve their queries related to agriculture. This concept has been well received by the farmers of Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh and is also operational in other villages of the state.
