On extradition, India can explore the legal options and its approach must be dictated by a pragmatic realism. A narrow possibility exists only if Headley violates his plea bargain by refusing to cooperate or by being untruthful. New Delhi must adopt a judicious approach on the matter and work within the system to question Headley for the purposes of investigation and prevention.
