Vishal Bhardwaj,who unveiled the first look of Amole Guptes Stanley Ka Dabba in Mumbai recently,was accompanied by director Mira Nair at the event. According to an insider,Nair was present not just as Bhardwajs guest but also because the duo is also planning to work together for a Broadway musical that is slated to take off next year. The director of critically-acclaimed movies like Salaam Bombay and Monsoon Wedding,is presently working on The Reluctant Fundamentalist,an adaptation of Pakistani writer Mohsin Hamids novel about a conversation which takes place between a Pakistani and an American in a Lahore cafe. Nair and Bhardwaj have earlier worked together on a series of short films on AIDS.
