Mirchandani, Janjaria shock seeded players to enter semis

  • Harish Mirchandani of Mumbai and Tanish Janjaria of Indore scored upset wins to enter the semi final round at the 4th edition of the “Poona Club -Manisha Open and Invitational Snooker Championship 2009”in collaboration with Manisha Construction being organised at the Poona Club tables.In the quarter-finals played today 18th seed Harish Mirchandani of Mumbai outplayed 4th seeded R Girish of Railway 75-27, 67-54, 56-46 while Tanish Janjaria toppled 15th seed Sonu Gurudatta of Poona Club 69-36, 56-29, 63-01 to enter the semi finals.
