    Tyagi also said there has been a delay in the start of withdrawal of the southwest monsoon from extreme west Rajasthan. The southwest monsoon withdrew this year on September 29 from Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, west Rajasthan, most parts of Uttarakhand, west Uttar Pradesh, east Rajasthan, some parts of north Gujarat and north Arabian Sea.
