National safety week celebrated

The fire brigade department of the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) and Talib and Shamsi Constructions jointly celebrated the national safety week between March 4-11. The workers hoisted the flag and also took a pledge to follow safety norms. Safety in-charge of Talib and Shamsi Constructions Dudhnath Rakshe said experts urged the workers to take precautions by using protective gear. An award ceremony was also organised to feliciate all those workers who have been following effectively the safety norms. The workers were also instructed on arrangements required to be followed in the factory settings to avoid any mishaps and the measures that need to be adopted if a fire breaks out.
