NComputing appoints RMA service provider

NComputing launched the new call-in number to provide a smooth return material authorization process.

NComputing,the leading provider of virtualization software and hardware along with its national distributor,Redington,announced the appointment of Redington Reverse Logistic Center (RRLC).

The two companies are collaborating to expand on the customer satisfaction and customer experience with the launch of the new call-in number to provide a smooth RMA (Return Material Authorization) process for NComputing customers across India. The toll line number of NComputing is 044-39184313.

NComputing continues to invest in providing for a world class support system through a well established RMA provider and through a toll line number to assist and support customers. Customers can call on the number of Redington Reverse Logistic Center (RRLC) to get assistance and redressing any customer issues pertaining to NComputing products across India in the least possible time. This initiative would further strengthen the after-sales-services of NComputing products in India and facilitate quick replacement of any products in India across any location in a very smooth,manageable and effective way.

The entire process is simplified and easy to use. As soon as customer calls up RRLC,the executive would initiate actions to address the query or complaint. If any fault exists in the products,RRLC’s representatives trained on NComputing would make sure that replacement happens at the earliest by collecting the return product from the customer and then replacing them with new product. For the Waybill locations,the stock for replacing the material will be given from the concerned warehouse around the location. All the replacements of Non-Waybill locations,the exchange will be made from Bangalore.
