Chatterjee asked them to wait for the Question Hour and the subsequent presentation of Railway Budget after which they could raise the matter.

The NDA members were not satisfied and rushed to the Well of the House to raise their matter. They raised slogans to demand immediate discussion on the issue.

The Speaker said he could not allow the issue to be raised as they had not given any notice for suspension of Question Hour.

He firmly told them that he would neither allow them to raise the matter nor adjourn the House. On this, the NDA members walked out of the House. “I am sorry, you are walking out,” Chatterjee quipped as the NDA members left the House only to return after about 10 minutes.
