NHAI team points to manual fault

    NHAI Project Director M K Jain said they decided to check the quality of materials because Chief Minister Mayawati had raised questions over it.

    The expert team will compare the IIT-K report with the report of the quality tests conducted by NHAI that were carried out before starting the construction, he said.
