The matter came up before the court again today when Jaiswal filed a fresh application for a second autopsy as well as a CBI inquiry. The bench said: The application filed yesterday was disposed of on the basis of the statement by the learned Advocate General at Bar that the family members of the deceased doctor Yogendra Singh Sachan were allowed to be present at the time of the post-mortem. It was also stated that the viscera will be preserved.
