US Supreme Court has turned down an emergency appeal from a man who says Obama is ineligible to be president because he was a British subject at birth.

The nonpartisan Web site Factcheck.org examined the original document and said it does have a raised seal and the usual evidence of a genuine document.

In addition, Factcheck.org reproduced an announcement of Obama's birth, including his parents' address in Honolulu, that was published in the Honolulu Advertiser on Aug. 13, 1961.

PILBy: undefined | 09-Dec-2008 Reply | Forward Its so sad to see that this man an American has filed a case for Obamas elligibility as president. If he is so concerned why was he sleeping for so long. If obama had not won then he would be slept over it. These r the cheap Americans who put on a face that they r not racist. Such people should be pulled up and penalized by the law if the facts given by them are not proved true. These phony characters have put USA into this mess. They were living in fake capitalist society and when it has fallen flat and failed they r adopting the change with their mouths shut.Hypocrates.
