"My daughter then moved to Switzerland after she got a job in a bank in Zurich. She went to Lahore in August to attend a conference but later went missing," Singh wrote in his letter.
Imdad Bhatti, a journalist with the Urdu daily Jang, told PTI that he had spoken to Singh.
"Mr Singh is coming here in the first week of December and will hold meetings with the police and government officials," he said.
