Southern actress Taapsee Pannu, who is looking forward to the release of her first Bollywood film 'Chashme Baddoor', is not keen on working with superstars.
Directed by David Dhawan, 'Chashme Baddoor' is a remake of the 1981 film of the same name. Taapsee will essay the role played by Deepti Naval in the movie.
"If I get a good response from the film I would love to do more films here. I am not that keen on working only with superstars. I would love to work with younger generation of actors," Taapsee told PTI.
"I am waiting for the film to release and see the response I get before I decide what to do," she said.
The remake version of 'Chashme Baddoor' stars Ali Zafar, Siddharth, Taapsee Pannu, Divyendu Sharma and Rishi Kapoor in the lead roles. The film is set to release on April 5.
Though Taapsee will play noted actress Deepti Naval's part, she doesn't feel there is any pressure on her.
"I am not portraying her role the way she did it. So there is no point of pressure. There have been changes. My character in the film is of today's time, she is stubborn, she can handle her life," she said.
Taapsee wants people to see the film and then talk about the two versions of 'Chashme Baddoor'.
"I would want people to see the film first and then have their opinion. It is a revamped film," she said.
