Now,Diwali bonanza for health,forest officials

The revised pay scale will entitle forest officials to get the initial scale of Rs 1,5600-39,100,which was earlier Rs 10,300-34,800,with an increased grade pay of Rs 5,400 — earlier Rs 5,000. The basic pay of the officials will be Rs 21,000.

Officials with a regular service of 4,9 and 14 years in the department will get a grade pay of Rs 6,600,7,600 and 8,600,respectively. Foresters in the department will also get the increased grade pay of Rs 3,000 — earlier,they used to get Rs 2,400. The initial pay of the foresters has also been revised — now they will get Rs 11,470,which was Rs 9,880 earlier.

In the health department,junior analytical assistants — who were earlier in the pay band of Rs 5,910-20,200 with grade pay of Rs 3,000 and initial pay of Rs 11,470 — have been put in the pay band of Rs 10,300-34800,with grade pay of Rs 3,200 and initial pay of Rs 13,500.

Similarly,senior analytical assistants,who were in the pay band of Rs 10,300-34,800 with grade pay of Rs 3,200 and initial pay of Rs 13,500,have been put in the pay scale of Rs 10,300-34,800 with grade pay of Rs 3,600 and initial pay of Rs 14,430.

Pharmacist,who were in the pay band of Rs 5,900-20,200 with grade pay of Rs 3,000 and initial pay of Rs 11,470 have been put in the pay scale of Rs 10,300-34,800 with grade pay of Rs 3,200 and initial pay of Rs 13,500. The pay scale of Multipurpose Health Worker (Male and Female) — which was Rs 5,900-20,200 with Rs 2,000 grade pay and initial pay of Rs 8,240 — has been revised to Rs 5,900-20200 with Rs 2,400 grade pay and initial pay of Rs 9,880.
