Now enhance or reduce power load at any time

Providing major relief to industrialists,that state government has waived off the condition that industrialists cannot enhance the load of their unit for 3 years. They can now reduce or enhance the load as and when they want by submitting an application. This was discussed on Monday’s Industry Facilitation Act meeting chaired by ADC(D) Pardeep Aggarwal.

Previously,before taking consent from Pollution Control Board,a building completion certificate was also mandatory. This need for this certificate has also been withdrawn.
