One person was killed and two others were injured,one of them critically,during blasting of rocks on Dharamkund-Sawlakote road in Ramban district,police said here on Wednesday. Rajesh Singh,a blasting expert,died on the spot while two of his colleagues Abdul Hameed and Pritam Singh were injured when the trio went to the explosion site on Dharamkund-Sawlakote road last evening,they said. The trio went close to the site when the gelatin did not explode,they said,adding as they were trying to find out the reason,the blast occurred. The injured were rushed to a district hospital at Ramban. However,critically injured Abdul Hameed was later shifted to Government Medical College hospital,Jammu,for specialised treatment,they said.
