A bureaucratic shake-up is expected this month-end and the positions likely to see new faces include those of Agriculture Secretary P K Mishra and NHAI chairman N Gokulram. While Secretary, Drinking Water Supply, Santa Sheela Nair is likely to succeed Mishra, a UP-cadre official has been working the levers at PMO to bag the NHAI top post. Here is hoping this official finds favour with Shipping, Road Transport & Highways Minister T R Baalu to at least last until the latter’s term ends.
