Ossification proves that Kasab is not minor

    Kasab is charged with killing 166 persons and opening fire indiscriminately along with nine others at important locations in Mumbai on November 26 last year.

    Following his claim that he was a juvenile at the time of the attack, the court had on April 24 ordered an inquiry to determine whether Kasab, is a juvenile or not.

    Sick of all thisBy: Indian | 29-Apr-2009 Reply | Forward The whole of India is so sick of all this.Why dont we just shoot that SOB right in front of the Gateway of India where he came to our motherland. He has hurt our Mother and no son of Bharat mata has the patience to go by books / trials.We wanted to prove a point and we have proved it.So I have no clue wht we are waiting for.What are we going toa gain now from all this. I realy now feel like justice delayed is justice denied to the millions of Indians.I dont remember any terrorist being punished.

This clause was not originally inserted by Constituent committee but Supreme Court interpreted it. This has changed whole scenario of country for better or worse. Unfortunately or fortunately we are not China, somebody is right in calling this a dance of democracy. It appears to me that Kasab's case amply shows weakness of Indian democracy and how Indian democracy is failed system.

The rigrous trainig given to the terrorists of 26/11 carnage it self shows that the mission was not a child's play. Indians and the world wants to know the real motives of the attackers. Now need of VIP trial for Kasab just for vote bank politics as is with Afzal.

And the tests have proven that he is above 18 and can be tried as an adult. It is not lost on the American public that the Pirate is a follower of Islam, and hence yet another case of Islamo-fascist waging war against the United States.     Mockery of Democracy and Judicial System!By: Shailu | 28-Apr-2009 Reply | Forward Its all well said that one is not a criminal till he's proven guilty. The whole world saw him with his AK-47 at the CST Terminus... he has recorded statements as to when and why he joined the movement. How can we forget the fact that millions are being spent on his security at Arthur Rd. This money could be well-spent elsewhere..... national and state security being one them. I agree that we need to safeguard his life soc we can yield maximum information that could help our government understand where our security went wrong and how this could be prevented but giving this guy a 'fair' trial is nothing but mockery of our system. What is the defence trying to prove here? Has the attorney forgotten that he is still an INDIAN and that he is only wasting time and delaying justice. Isn't this unfair to the hundreds who've lost their lives, to our army and our soldiers and commandoes who saw death in the face on 26/11??
    MockeryBy: P L Selva Mani | 30-Apr-2009 Reply | Forward This trial was done at the instance of the Chief Justice of India, which only goes to prove as to how far removed is our Judiciary from ground reality.Knowing fully how slow is the whole system we have still commenced this ridiculous charade thereby discrediting the judicial system. Will any body explain how this will enhance the common man's faith in the judiciary ?
