A show of dance

BHARATANATYAM dancer-choreographer Malavika Sarukkai will present her dance production Ganga Nitya Vaahini — The Eternal River at the National Centre for Performing Arts on Sunday. The show will mark the Mumbai premiere of a production that delves into the many dimensions of the Ganga. It was conceptualised after visits to a number of places around the river.

Musical evenings

THE inaugural edition of the sundowners at F Lounge.Diner.Bar will be held this evening and will feature music by Ashvin Mani Sharma of Jalebee Cartel, Mr Right of United Beats Records, USA, and Mumbai's AlgoRhythm among others. These sundowners will focus on electronic music, besides the usual food and drinks at the outdoor deck.

Taste of Lucknow

THE Awadhi Food Festival at Baluchi, the Indian restaurant at The Lalit, has on offer fine Lucknowi food. On the menu are a variety of kebabs, including Galawat, Pasanda, Shami and Kakori, Lagan Raan and Machli Mussallam, with various breads. For dessert, one can treat self to Shahi Tukda, Lahsun Ki Kheer and Zafrani Kheer.
