Fight for Right
Vincent Pereira is a baker who lives in a chawl in Bandra and owns Pereira's Bakery, close by. When developers announce that the inhabitants of this chawl must give up their land and Pereira his bakery to make way for Asia's biggest shopping mall, the baker decides to take on these men. With his daughter and a few neighbours, he embarks on a campaign to save their land and livelihood. Titled Pereira's Bakery at 76 Chapel Road, the time-frame of this play is two months, the time that the inhabitants are given to vacate their homes after being presented with the first eviction notice. The play is written by Ayeesha Menon and directed by Zafar Karachiwala.

Daddy's Day Out
To celebrate Father's Day, Citrus, the all-day dining restaurant at The Leela, presents a Sunday brunch consisting of a variety of dishes and beverages. Among these are chicken and sun dried tomato risotto with shaved pecorino, pork chops and baby leg of lamb with baby potatoes in red wine sauce. For dessert, choose from among Bailey's Irish cream gateau, panna cotta with balsamic strawberries and several others.
