Ozzy Osbourne becomes health columnist
The Black Sabbath star will be The Sunday Times' new health expert, wanting people to learn from his mistakes.
Rocker Ozzy Osbourne is all set to turn into a health columnist for a British newspaper and wants people to learn from his stupid mistakes.
The former Black Sabbath star has signed up as The Sunday Times’ new health expert and admitted even he was surprised when he first got the call, reported Female First. “When The Sunday Times magazine asked me to be its new health-advice columnist… I thought they were joking,to be honest with you,” said Osbourne.
“But then I thought about it for a while, and it makes perfect sense – I’ve seen literally thousands of doctors over my lifetime, and spent well over 1 million pounds on them,to the point where I sometimes think I know more about being a doctor than doctors do,” he added.
The British singer recently said that his being alive at the age of 61 was a miracle, despite his years of addiction to alcohol and prescription drugs.
“If people can learn from my stupid mistakes without having to repeat any of them,or if they can take some comfort from the crazy things my family has been through over the years… that’s more than enough for me,” he said.
