The Association of Parents of Disappeared Persons (APDP), which renewed its stir in Srinagar following the recent fake encounter expose, is taking its fight to the national capital.
Parents, mostly mothers, of 60 missing youth today left for New Delhi to hold demonstrations there.
They plan to hold a rally at Jantar Mantar and near Parliament building, in their bid to find the whereabouts of their sons who have “disappeared”.
The rally is being organised by APDP.
“We want to know where our sons are,” said mother of a missing youth before heading for Delhi.
“We want to know whether they are dead or alive. If they are alive, we want to meet them. If they are dead, we want their bodies to be returned to us”.
