Patrick Swayze’s widow believes she will see him again

Actress Lisa Niemi has spoken of her grief for the first time since the death of her husband Patrick Swayze.

Actress Lisa Niemi has spoken of her grief for the first time since the death of her husband Patrick Swayze six weeks ago at a women’s empowerment conference.

The Ghost actor died aged 57 from pancreatic cancer on September 14,leaving behind his wife of 34 years.

Niemi,53,told a roundtable discussion on Grief,Healing and Resilience at the Women’s Conference 2009 in Long Beach,California,that she was holding on to the hope of being reunited with her late partner.

“I’ve spent two thirds of my life with him. … My regret is that I didn’t tell him that I loved him enough over that entire 34 years,” People magazine quoted her as saying.

“I am so grateful for what I had and my connection to him,and part of me believes that I will see him again and I’m just going to have to go on until then,” she added.
