Peoples’ Consultative Group (PCG) member Lachit Bordoloi was on Monday arrested from Assam’s Dibrugarh district in connection with ULFA’s alleged plan to hijack an aircraft from the airport here. The police have seized a laptop and two CDs from his house on Sunday, the official added.
