    Personal Loan

Almost two months after his father Feroz Khan’s passing, actor Fardeen Khan is slowly beginning to piece his life together. He’s been quietly shooting in Goa for Ajay Devgan’s All The Best and though it is difficult to do laugh-out-loud funny scenes that this comedy demands, he’s being a professional. “One has to fulfill one’s professional requirements. Personal life is something that you have to deal with on your own. I try and don’t let the two overlap,” he says.

Shooting in Goa is a blessing in disguise since it has given him time to mourn privately. In this time of grief, Fardeen’s family is rallying around him. Wife Natasha was with him all along. As she recently left for London, actor cousin Zayed has now joined him. “We haven’t hung out with each other for a while and it was really sweet of him to just pop in. We’re watching movies and doing a bit of brotherly bonding. Zayed and I are like two peas in a pond. It feels good to have him around,” he smiles.

On the work front, he’s looking forward to four releases this year: Life Partner, Acid Factory, Dulha Mil Gaya and All The Best. He’s really charged up about the latter and terms it as the “perfect follow-up comedy to No Entry”. Fardeen feels the biggest strength of this Rohit Shetty-directed caper is the camaraderie that is shared by the star cast comprising Devgan, Sanjay Dutt, Bipasha Basu and Mugdha Godse. “Our bonding is translating well on screen and the audience is sure to like our scenes because we are thoroughly enjoying enacting them,” he says. Like Dutt and Devgan who have both got inked in Goa, Fardeen too plans to get a tattoo soon. “I’ll get it done in Mumbai. I’ve zeroed in on the tattoo and soon the world will see what it is,” he smiles.

    ... contd.
