'Mysterious Girl' hitmaker Peter Andre, who is here to perform at this year's IIFA extravaganza, is bowled over by Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan and his baritone.
Andre, who is a self confessed fan of old Bollywood cinema and counts 'Mother India' amongst his all time favourites, said that he was impressed by the statuesque actor's personality.
"He is amazing and honestly you hang on every word that he says. Everyone listens to his words with great concentration. And I think that whatever he says is just so perfect and so live," Andre said in an interview.
The singer who had earlier expressed his desire to sing for an Indian film said that the industry now rivaled Hollywood with it's wide reach.
"I think Indian film industry is huge and today Bollywood stars are as big as Hollywood. I don't think there is any difference now," said Andre who is based in England now.
The 36-year-old singer, who has visited India thrice, is looking forward to a fourth visit to promote his yet untitled second album.
Andre will be performing two songs from the album on the second day of the festival and his evergreen hit 'Mysterious Girl', which is very popular with the Indian public.
"I have been to India three times and I loved it. I hope to come up with a tour that's what I will love today but it also depends on whether Indian public loves my music.
"It is great to know that 'Mysterious Girl' is still popular in India because that song is fifteen year old," he said adding that he was attracted to Indian music because "it lasts forever."
