After his high-profile divorce from glamour model Katie Price a.k.a Jordan, Peter Andre is looking sexier than ever.

Andre says that following his break-up with Jordan, he spiralled into such a depression, he couldn’t bear to look at his own reflection.

However, the singer insists he has now bounced back with six-pack abs.

“When we split up, I couldn’t even look at myself in the mirror and I locked myself in my manager’s house for five weeks,” the Mirror quoted Peter as saying.

“All my confidence vanished and I felt so anxious and stressed out that my appetite disappeared and I could barely eat. I dropped nearly three stone in three months – I went from 13st 8lb to 10st 12lb.

“Once I lost the weight, though, I was determined not to go back to the way I was and I feel much more confident about myself now.

“Exercise, sex and chocolate are great for making you feel good and I am doing two out of the three! I train for about an hour five days a week and feel I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been. I can eat what I want and that includes scoffing half a big bar of Cadbury’s a day.

“I love the fact that I have a six-pack – which I haven’t had for years. I’m the same weight I was in the Mysterious Girl days 15 years ago – I feel more energetic and younger.

“OK, I’m getting a few lines but when you get to your mid-30s they start to creep up and you have to let it happen. Each week I’m getting stronger – and I feel a million times better than I did a couple of months ago. I’ve had one panic attack since the split but, thankfully, I haven’t had any more.
