Plantation drive for Forestry Day

On the occasion of World Forestry Day on Sunday,the Parks and Gardens Society is set to adopt 4 parks in Netaji Nagar.

On the occasion of World Forestry Day on Sunday,the Parks and Gardens Society is set to adopt 4 parks in Netaji Nagar. Two-hundred saplings will be planted at Jhanda Park and three other parks in Netaji Nagar on Saturday. Chief Secetary Rakesh Mehta,NDMC Chairman Parimal Rai and Environment Secretary JK Dadoo will be part of the programme. The Forest Department will also plant 150 trees in Hauz Rani forests in Saket.
