  • The family of Shashi Nath Jha on Wednesday moved the Supreme Court challenging the Delhi High Court’s decision to acquit former Union minister Shibu Soren in his murder case. The family of Jha, a former private secretary of Soren, submitted that the Delhi High Court had committed a grave error on August 22 by acquitting the accused. They alleged Soren was acquitted despite clinching evidence produced by the CBI.
