During nights, the AIIMS public address system occasionally crackle to call relatives inside the main building so that they can attend to their ailing relatives.
The security personnel who are guiding the Prime Minister also interact with these people.
"Although the security is up, there have been no major hassle. We pray for Prime Minister's better health and early recovery," Vishwa Pratap Singh, who hails from Himachal Pradesh and is in AIIMS for his uncle's treatment, said.
