Buoyed by Union Minister Virbhadra Singhs resignation after a court framed graft charges against him,the opposition BJP on Tuesday echoed Team Annas campaign and demanded Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to act against other Cabinet ministers facing graft allegations without waiting for framing of charges by a court of law.
There are several other ministers in the UPA government who are facing serious allegations of corruption. PM,though very, very late, should take action against such ministers…. There is corruption from top to bottom in the UPA government. Hence,he should take action as soon as possible against all ministers on whom serious charges have been levelled, said BJP spokesperson Jagat Prakash Nadda, suggesting the Prime Minister to take lessons from the resignation of Virbhadra Singhs case without waiting for courts to frame charges.
