A secret you discovered about Mumbai?
Olive Bar & Kitchen is very sophisticated with incredible food. I can’t resist the Rose Panacotta with Jasmine tea jelly.

An Indian product or service you can’t do without?
It’s not a product, it’s a person. My driver, he seems to be the only one who knows Mumbai well.

    Any fashion tips?
Wear jeans as cotton absorbs humidity better. Wear comfortable shoes, cut your hair shorter if you want to look cool. Don’t wear fake designers, they never fit well.

    Dared to try street food?
Why try street food when Mumbai has got very good restaurants.

A phrase you’re bound to hear?
The word “achha”. Everybody always finish the sentence with it.

    Your road experiences?
When I had gone to Sula Vineyards, on the way we noticed four accidents, no road markings and drivers making six lanes out of two.

    What is sexy about Mumbai?
The traditional clothes with a hint of modernity; the smile on people’s faces; the evening air by the seafront and a good album on my iPod.

    Have you been conned yet?
No. I always have my friend Julie with me.

    Truly, madly, deeply, Mumbai...
Mumbai has always been close to my heart, even as crazy as it is. I found it liberating, fast, and very enjoyable.

What are the similarities or differences between Mumbai and your hometown?
One of the most important things to me, I get the same coffee at Costa Coffee that I get back at home in Barcelona. I need my doppio espresso in the morning.

    ... contd.
