There has been an agreement on broad guiding principles and political parameters. But the actual resolution of the dispute is yet to take place and there has been an still divergence of views and I do not visualize any conflict in that area."

Do not visualise a conflict on border with China : PranabBy: VM Nair | 12-Nov-2009 Reply | Forward Pranab Dada do not visualize any conflict on border dispute between India and China because neither he nor his government has the guts to take on China diplomatically or militarily. Our govt. is suffering from an acute inferiority complex which reflects from every meetings with Chinese counterparts and we could not find any solution excepting "expressing satisfaction". It is high time for our leaders to show some courage instead of pretending that nothing is happening on our borders with China..
SLEEPING ON JOB MINISTERSBy: drmadhani | 09-Nov-2009 Reply | Forward Nehru did think Chinese were his BROTHERS. Get Mukherjeeeee examined by a competant Physologist. Can India afford this stuporous slumbrtee as minister? Is there any body who is watching these Sahibs?

Louder Baljit!!!By: ABC | 10-Nov-2009 Reply | Forward Indians have no respect for the armed forces. I resent all those people who sit back and criticize Nehru for not waging wars against China. 1962 war was fought in vain for a territory that didn't belong to us. Nehru was pushed and bullied by people inside and outside his party and asked the armed forces to advance. The officers and jawans were said to be confused as to why they are being asked to move into the territory that didn't belong to us. They still followed orders and perished, unequipped and outnumbered. I saw a retired major comment on this forum only to be heckled. That kind of disrespect to a person who gave everything for the country is deplorable!! Pranab is no dummy. He knows the armed forces are better equipped today. Further, defending our own Arunachal is far more legitimate than occupying others' territory.

Chinese won't attack because Pranab says so.By: YD | 09-Nov-2009 Reply | Forward Pranab dada you do not have a vision of the past, forget vision of future. Are you speaking on behalf of Chinese ? Did Chinese told you so ? Will they need your permission ? Nehru said the same thing before 1962. It is open season of Goofees.
