Ludhiana: The 68th annual athletic meet of Kundan Vidya Mandir, Civil Lines, began on Monday. B K Singh, additional commissioner of income tax, inaugurated the meet. Olympic gold medallist Abhinav Bindra would be the chief guest during the closing ceremony on December 26, said principal Navita Puri.
