Mitra & Ghosh Publishers Private Ltd, the publisher of Nazrul Islam's latest book, is planning to move National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) to protest the police treatment meted out to them following the publication of the book. "We are a 70-year-old organisation and now we are afraid of our future. There was no ban on the book but still there was such police high-handedness that we got scared. What blasphemy have we committed that we had to face such an action,'' said Indrani Roy of the publishers. Meanwhile, the publisher has ordered the reprint of the book with the first lot of 1,100 copies already being sold.
