  • The railway authorities have announced the fares for Duronto trains between Pune and Hazrat Nizamuddin and Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus and Howrah. The train will have one Ist AC (Rs 3,425), three AC II-tier coaches (Rs 1,985), four AC III-tier coaches (Rs 1,455) and five AC III-tier economy class coaches (Rs1,405), Central Railway authorities informed.

Harsha Shah of Railway Pravasi Group has, however, demanded that the train be run on daily basis. She said, “This train does not have a pantry car and does not have a tatkal quota either. Instead of departing at 11 am, the train should leave Pune at 4 pm, so that it will reach Delhi at 8.30 am.”

The 2263 Pune-Delhi Duronto will leave Pune every Tuesday and Friday from September 29 at 11.10 am and will reach Hazrat Nizamuddin at 7.10 am the next day.
