    Head of the United Russia Central Executive Committee and a deputy of the State Duma Andrei Vorobyov said that Putin’s decision to lead the party’s federal list will secure it an unconditional victory.

    “The fact that Vladimir Putin will go to elections together with the party gives us confidence that United Russia will be able to win over 300 seats in the 450-member Duma,” Vorobyov said.
