Rajnikanth in a double role in daughter Soundarya’s Kochadaiyaan

The movie,which also has Bollywood beauty Deepika Padukone,is in its post production stage

Tamil superstar Rajnikanth’s daughter Soundrya R Ashwin unveiled a new still from her much-awaited movie Kochadaiyaan,which features her dad.

Soundarya R Ashwin tweeted the picture and wrote: “A still from Kochadaiyaan :)

According to reports,Rajinikanth has a double role in the movie.

Rajinikanth,who had taken a brief sabbatical post his kidney ailment,makes a comeback to the silver screen with Kochadaiyaan.

Last month,Rajinikanth had also finished dubbing for the movie with Oscar winning sound recordist Resul Pookkutty in Chennai.

The movie,which also has Bollywood beauty Deepika Padukone romancing the Tamil Tamil superstar,is in its post production stage.

The movie is being promoted as India’s first 3D film Besides Rajini and Deepika,the movie also has Jackie Shroff,Shobhana,Aadi Pinisetty,R. Sarath Kumar and Nassar.

Kochadaiyaan is said to be the first 3D film in India with “performance capturing technology.”

The movie is going to hit theatres this July. (With PTI inputs)
