A local court on Friday adjourned till Nov 18 the hearing on an application seeking cancellation of MNS chief Raj Thackeray's bail in connection with his alleged remarks against north Indians after the prosecution insisted on his presence in court.
The prosecution had filed a plea last month seeking cancellation of Raj's bail which the court had granted in February this year.
Public Prosecutor Rohini Salian told the Vikhroli court that Raj's presence was required during the hearing after which the metropolitan magistrate adjourned the hearing for 10 days.
