Seasoned Indian golfer Jyoti Randhawa is aiming to get over his mid-season loss of form with a fine show in the Asian Tours Iskandar Johor Open next week.
The Indian skipped last weeks Indian Open to play in European Tours Madrid Masters but failed to make the cut there.
He is currently fourth on the Asian Tours Order of Merit with USD 285,130 and wants to improve his standings as the season draws to a close.
I guess I got a bit lazy and didnt work hard enough (during mid-season) and suddenly the game goes down. But if you work hard the game comes back. I guess you just have to keep the momentum going, said Randhawa.
Apart from Randhawa,Prayad Marksaeng of Thailand will also lend his star appeal at the event.
The duo will join title holder Retief Goosen of South Africa and Korean star Choi Kyung-ju in the USD one million event at the Royal Johor Country Club from October 22 to 25.
Randhawa, the 2002 Order of Merit winner, claimed his eighth title on the Asian Tour earlier this year when he won the Singha Thailand Open by two strokes and he is keen to return to winning ways after enduring a lean spell in recent months.
