Today,Raninder Singh visited a few villages sought votes, highlighting the “achievements” of the Congress and “demerits” of the SAD-BJP combine in Punjab.

His cavalcade made a halt at former transport minister Avtar Singh Gatwali’s house. “I am so tired,” said Raninder, while settling down on a sofa. After a glass of cold coffee and some conversation,he left for the next village, one of the 20 he had to cover today.

Meanwhile,in her campaign today in various villages of Bathinda district,SAD candidate Harsimrat Badal lambasted the Congress for its “role” in 1984 Sikh carnage.
