An 18-year-old woman was allegedly raped twice on Saturday first by her brothers father-in-law and then by a taxi driver and two others whom she approached for help,police said. The incident was reported from Vasant Kunj,South Delhi. All four accused have been arrested,police said. The victim had reportedly gone to her brothers father-in-laws house in Rangpuri,South Delhi,after he called her to say that his wife had won a competition and she wanted someone to accompany her to collect the gift from the store. The accused,Hanuman Mishra (42),raped her once the woman reached his house. She,however,managed to flee soon after and tried to look for help, said a senior police officer. Mishra was allegedly drunk at the time of the incident. According to police,once out of Mishras house the woman pleaded a taxi driver,Bijender (22),for help. The driver,along with two others,identified as Vinod Kumar (28) and Parveen (27),however,took the woman to a secluded spot in Dwarka,where they took turns to rape her. A passer-by called the police when she heard the victim crying and calling for help. The taxi driver along with two other men present in the vehicle promised to drop her home,but raped her after taking her to a secluded place in Dwarka. She managed to flee from the vehicle and started shouting for help, said H G S Dhaliwal,Deputy Commissioner of Police (South). A man in a Tavera car,who was passing by,called the police control room and she was rescued, he added. Police said Mishra works with a catering company at the IGI Airport,Kumar is a loader at the airport and Parveen is unemployed. The victim was rushed to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences,where doctors confirmed sexual assault.
