Shabano case and pending of the hanging of Afjal etc., and also giving mercy to the persons who were the reasons for killings of number of persons .Yes judges enquiry bill =may be necessaru because of few bad hapenings. If it has to be campared with others like politicians, who maany year it took place to bring lokyuktha or lokjpall ? Judiciary beyond all the psudo explanations, is better than all other three pillers of the demicracy. As an Advocate I am experienced that how the courts become the dykes to the people who seek justice and how they motivated not only the litigants but also the Lawyers. Yes it is true. The Indian Express, because of the Supreme Court only was saved from the brutal effforts made by the then government. Finally, Judges enquiry bill may be necessary, but it is for not to perform their duties with fear .
