Ahead of the presentation of 'report card' by four-year-old NDA government in Bihar, opposition RJD today charged the Nitish Kumar government with unleashing corruption, misrule and criminalising power.

"The people of the state have declared that the Nitish Kumar government has failed on all fronts ahead of its report card on performance to be presented tomorrow, the day Kumar took oath as Chief Minister four years ago," state RJD president Abdul Bari Siddiqui, spokesman Shakeel Ahmed Khan and general secretary Ramkripal Yadav told reporters here.

Releasing the charge sheet, the RJD alleged that the NDA government has reneged on its promises. Besides, the reports of the Controller and Auditor General of India have exposed the claim of good governance.

"Corruption has surfaced in most of the state's departments and the Chief Minister has failed to rein it in," Siddiqui charged.
