CPI leader R P Singh called the joint RJD-Left strategy in the Assembly a “coincidence”. “Though we raised the BPL and NREGA issues separately from the RJD on the floor of the House, it seemed like a joint strategy. The fact is that we are in a piquant situation in Bihar after our stated stand on the n-deal at the Centre,” he said.
