extra ordinary budget passed for Rock GardenBy: R K Garg | 11-Mar-2009 Reply | Forward How can Secretary Tourism sanction such amount for beautification of Rock Garden without an approval of Central Govt.During the recently passed vote on account there was no provision of such expenses.Moreover code of conduct is in operation.I think no actuion like inviting of tenders etc can be taken during the Code of Conduct.Soon political parties will come forward to take credit of new plans.R K Garg# 3328 SEctor 27DChandigarh
