The Vadodara Sessions Court on Tuesday rejected the bail application of Mushtaq Ismail Shaikh who is accused of planting a rocket launcher. Justice A N Vakil in his judgment upheld the argument of the public prosecutor that the accused should not be allowed bail while the main case is being heard.
