Rural Lok Adalats to be held from April to June

To provide easy justice to the rural population at its doorstep,the Haryana State Legal Services Authority has decided to hold Rural Lok Adalats at various places in all over the state during April,May and June.

A spokesman of Authority said that Rural Lok Adalats would be held at Nagla Roran village (Karnal) on April 11. He said that Rural Lok Adalats would be held at villages Teharki (Palwal-Faridabad),Machri (Sonipat),Makrana (Charkhi-Dadri- Bhiwani) and Swamika (Hathin-Palwal) on April 12.

Similarly,Rural Lok Adalats would be held at village Girwar (Meham-Rohtak) on April 18 and at villages Nai (Firozpur Jhirka-Gurgaon),Mehlanwali (Yamunanagar),Balalpur (Hisar),Nimriwali (Bhiwani),Jajwan (Jind),Sacha Khera (Narwana-Jind),Nakloi (Sonipat),Bawania (Mohindergarh-Narnaul),Bound Kalan (Charkhi Dadri-Bhiwani),Gugodh (Kosli-Rewari),Sher (Loharu-Bhiwani),Chudani (Bahadurgarh-Jhajjar),Malikpur (Safidon-Jind),Kanthala (Pehowa-Kurukshetra),Shikhpur (Ganaur-Sonipat),Rajound (Kaithal),Mahra (Gohana-Sonipat),Jyotisar (Kurukshetra) and Dharamkheri (Hansi-Hisar) on April 19.

On April 20,Rural Lok Adalats would be held at village Kalod (Siwani-Bhiwani) whereas these would be held at village Ayalki (Fatehabad),Akanwali (Tohana-Fatehabad),Alawalwas (Raita-Fatehabad),Chandouli (Panipat) and Chautala (Dabwali-Sirsa) on April 25. Rural Lok Adalats would be held at villages Devli (Palwal-Faridabad),Rewasan (Nuh-Mewat),Deroli Ahir (Narnaul),Rasoi (Sonipat) and Kamherhi (Guhla-Kaithal) on April 26.

The spokesman said that for settlement of Bank Loan Cases (pending as well as at those at the pre-litigative stage),Special Lok Adalat would be held in all districts and sub-ordinate courts complexes on May 16.
