Saif Ali Khan’s mother concerned about son using bad language in Go Goa Gone

"I have given a lot of <i>gaalis</i> in Russian and Hindi. I am just hoping the film does not get banned," Saif said jokingly at the music launch of <i>Go Goa Gone</i>.

Actor Saif Ali Khan,who is seen mouthing bad words in his upcoming film Go Goa Gone,says,his mother Sharmila Tagore is concerned about it while wife Kareena is supportive.

Go Goa Gone a zombie-comedy film will see Saif in a never before seen avatar. He is also seen mouthing bad words.

Asked about the reaction of his family to this,Saif says “my mother thinks it is (bad words) not the best idea,she is concerned about the language. My wife Kareena is supportive and is quite happy with the look of the film. My sister Soha is cool about it… may be because boyfriend (Kunal Khemu) is in it.”

Incidentally,Sharmila Tagore was on the Censor board earlier.

Despite the usage of bad words,Saif hopes the film does not get banned.

“I have given a lot of gaalis (bad words) in Russian and Hindi. I am just hoping the film does not get banned,” Saif said jokingly at the music launch of Go Goa Gone.

In the film,Saif’s character is called Boris,who is a Russian mafia,has a blond look and tattoos on his hands.

“For this film,the challenge was to get the accent right and ensure my part is entertaining. The comedy in this film is fresh. I am quite happy with my look in the film,” Saif said.

Saif quite liked the idea of the film and hence agreed to come on board not only as an actor but as a producer as well.

“It is a great film. When Kunal Khemu told me about his film,I quite liked it. It was interesting to work on this film with technicians,make-up man,camera men,etc. My role is not of a guest appearance. I am confident people will enjoy the film,” he said.

The film,directed by Raj and DK,releases on May 10.

It stars Kunal Khemu,Vir Das,Puja Gupta.
